1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for CMMS Pro. It is part of the Terms of Service.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account’s billing settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused Seats, or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 15 days and we will review in good faith.
4. Seat Changes & Proration
Adding Seats mid-cycle may result in an immediate prorated charge for the remainder of the period. Reducing Seats takes effect at the next renewal; we do not refund for Seats removed mid-cycle. Where the Service enforces seat limits, you may need to deactivate users before reducing your Seat count.
5. Invoiced Accounts
For accounts billed by invoice rather than card, fees are due per the invoice terms and are non-refundable once the applicable service period has begun, except as required by law. Cancellation does not relieve you of amounts already due.
6. Non-Payment & Suspension
If a charge fails or an invoice becomes overdue, we may suspend or terminate the Service after reasonable notice. Reactivation may be subject to payment of outstanding amounts. We may also apply reactivation restrictions to prevent billing abuse.
7. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation you may export your Customer Data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted in the ordinary course. See the Privacy Policy and DPA.
